1/4cupchopped cilantromore or less to taste, optional
In a food processor, mix Hunt's tomatoes, green chiles, onion, bell pepper, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup peaches, salt, pepper, and cumin. Pulse together until at your desired consistency.
Pour into a mixing bowl, and add the remaining fruit (1/2 cup pineapple, 1/2 cup mango, and 1/2 cup peaches).
Add lime juice and cilantro. Stir.
*If you prefer a spicier salsa, replace 1 can of mild green chiles with chopped jalepenos.
