tsp
vanilla extract
-
1
tsp
cinnamon
-
1/2
cup

Maple Whipped Cream
-
Whip heaving cream until it begins to thicken, about 1-2 minutes.
-
Add in maple syrup and powdered sugar.
-
Whip until it turns into the consistency of whipped cream, about 2-3 more minutes.
Latte
-
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, about 1 minute or so, until hot to the touch but not boiling (you can also heat it in the microwave in 15 second increments).
-
Once the mixture is hot, remove from the heat and whisk vigorously until the mixture turns foamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
-
Pour 1/4 c coffee and 1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp of maple syrup (depending upon how sweet you want your latte) in each cup. Top each with frothed milk. Add maple whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
-
Enjoy!
