Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a bundt pan with baking spray. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, salt, and baking soda together.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients; add eggs, and stir until combined (batter will be dry).

Add in canola oil, and stir until combined.

Add in yogurt, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice; stir until combined.

Fold in chopped and shredded apples.

Spread the batter evenly in the bundt pan.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean (mine baked for exactly 59 minutes).

Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the bundt pan and allow to finish cooling.
