Homemade Dark Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookies are practically irresistible! Thick and chewy chocolate chip cookies are studded with toffee bits and dark chocolate chips.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp espresso powder
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Grease two cookie sheets.
  2. Beat butter until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
  3. Add in brown sugar and white sugar. Beat until fluffy, about 1 minute.
  4. Add in egg, salt, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and espresso powder.
  6. Add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  7. Add in chips and toffee bits. Mix.
  8. Scoop dough into 2 Tbsp balls.
  9. Freeze for 5 minutes.
  10. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
