Pillsbury’s Best Pizza Dough (12”)
-
1
cup
apple butter

2
cups
mozzarella cheese
-
4-5
slices
of ham, cut into fourths (I used thin sliced ham deli meat, but any ham or Canadian bacon works as well)
-
1/2
cup
of thinly sliced apples, about half an apple
-
1/2
tsp
ground pepper
-
2
tsp
oregano
-
2
Tbsp
olive oil
-
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and roll out pizza dough onto a baking sheet (keeping the dough on the parchment paper it was rolled in).
-
Brush pizza dough with olive oil, and sprinkle the dough with ground pepper and oregano.
-
Spread apple butter on top of the dough.
-
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the apple butter.
-
Top with ham slices and apple slices.
-
Bake for 17-18 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

(The parchment paper will brown as the pizza is cooking, which is normal).

Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
