Cinnamon Vanilla Affogato

Hot espresso and cream are poured over espresso fudge ice cream to make a decadent dessert that's perfect for any occasion!
Servings: 4 Affogatos
  • 2 cups ice cream I used espresso fudge ice cream, but vanilla, chocolate, or coffee would work well
  • 1/4 cup BAILEYS™ Coffee Creamers Vanilla Brown Sugar
  • 1-2 cups hot espresso or strong black coffee
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  1. Scoop 1/2 cup of ice cream into a shallow cup. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
  2. Pour 1 Tbsp of BAILEYS™ Coffee Creamers Vanilla Brown Sugar over the top.
  3. Add in 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup of espresso (depending upon your preference--I prefer a lot of coffee, so I used 1/2 cup of espresso).
  4. Repeat for each remaining serving.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Enjoy!
