Ingredients
Jalapeño Popper Topper
  • 36 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, each cut into 12 thin slices
Cilantro, Tomato, & Roasted Corn Bites
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro, plus more for decorating
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/3 cup roasted corn, cooked and cooled
Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberry pie filling
Chocolate Strawberry Hazelnut Bites
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 12 strawberries, sliced in half (24 total)
  • 8 oz chopped chocolate, or almond bark, melted
Instructions
Jalapeño Popper Topper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cream cheese and shredded Mexican cheese blend until combined.
  3. Dollop cream cheese on each cracker.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes. Top each cracker with a jalapeño slice.
  5. Enjoy!
Cilantro, Tomato, & Roasted Corn Bites
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cream cheese and cilantro together until well combined.
  3. Top each cracker with cream cheese mixture, and bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix corn and tomatoes together, and top each cracker with a little bit of the mixture. Add a piece of cilantro to each, if desired.
Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
  1. Spread cream cheese onto each cracker.
  2. Top with strawberry pie filling.
  3. Enjoy!
Chocolate Strawberry Hazelnut Bites
  1. With a paper towel, carefully dab each strawberry half to remove any excess moisture.
  2. Dip each strawberry half into the melted chocolate (melt either over a double broiler or in 30-second increments in the microwave).
  3. Place on wax paper to allow chocolate to harden. Repeat with all strawberries. If desired, use any leftover chocolate to drizzle over the chocolate covered strawberries.
  4. Mix cream cheese and chocolate hazelnut spread together.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture onto each cracker.
  6. Top with a chocolate covered strawberry half.
  7. Enjoy!
