Ingredients

Jalapeño Popper Topper

  • 36 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, each cut into 12 thin slices

Cilantro, Tomato, & Roasted Corn Bites

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro, plus more for decorating
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/3 cup roasted corn, cooked and cooled

Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberry pie filling

Chocolate Strawberry Hazelnut Bites

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 12 strawberries, sliced in half (24 total)
  • 8 oz chopped chocolate, or almond bark, melted

Instructions

Jalapeño Popper Topper

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix cream cheese and shredded Mexican cheese blend until combined.
  • Dollop cream cheese on each cracker.
  • Bake for 5 minutes. Top each cracker with a jalapeño slice.
  • Enjoy!

Cilantro, Tomato, & Roasted Corn Bites

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix cream cheese and cilantro together until well combined.
  • Top each cracker with cream cheese mixture, and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Mix corn and tomatoes together, and top each cracker with a little bit of the mixture. Add a piece of cilantro to each, if desired.

Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

  • Spread cream cheese onto each cracker.
  • Top with strawberry pie filling.
  • Enjoy!

Chocolate Strawberry Hazelnut Bites

  • With a paper towel, carefully dab each strawberry half to remove any excess moisture.
  • Dip each strawberry half into the melted chocolate (melt either over a double broiler or in 30-second increments in the microwave).
  • Place on wax paper to allow chocolate to harden. Repeat with all strawberries. If desired, use any leftover chocolate to drizzle over the chocolate covered strawberries.
  • Mix cream cheese and chocolate hazelnut spread together.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture onto each cracker.
  • Top with a chocolate covered strawberry half.
  • Enjoy!
