Ingredients
Tea
  • 5 Green Tea bags
  • 5 cups of water
  • 2 large peaches, or 3 medium sized ones, peeled
Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup honey
Instructions
  1. Add water and honey to a small saucepan and heat over med-low heat, stirring constantly. Pull off the heat once the honey has dissolved and allow to cool.
  2. Heat 3 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, take off the heat and add the tea bags to the water. Allow to steep for at least 1 hour.
  3. Once the tea has steeped, puree the peaches and 1 cup of water together.
  4. Strain the peach puree mixture through a fine mesh strainer in order to remove any extra pulp.
  5. In a large pitcher, combine simple syrup, tea peach puree, and remaining 1 cup of water. Stir until combined.
  6. Add in sliced peaches, lemon wedges, and/or mint, if desired.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours, or serve with ice.
  8. Enjoy!
