This homemade whipped cream recipe is only 2-ingredients! Heavy whipping cream and caramel sauce (caramel ice cream sauce) are whipped together until thick and creamy. This Caramel Whipped Cream recipe is perfect on coffee, pie, and any other dessert recipe!

Servings: 2 cups
heavy whipping cream, cold
Using a hand mixer or standing mixer, in a large bowl, whip heavy whipping cream on medium speed until cream has started to thicken (about 2-3 minutes, depending upon the speed/power of your mixer.)
Add in the caramel sauce (3 Tbsp if you prefer a subtle sweetness in your whipped cream; 4 or 5 Tbsp if you want a sweeter cream.)
Whip on medium speed until whipped cream has thickened up and reached stiff peeks (see video above if needed.)
Use immediately, or store in the fridge (for up to 10-12 hours.)
