Ingredients
1/4cupbutter (half a stick)
1 10ozpackage of marshmallows (big or small)
6 1/2cupcrispy rice cereal
1/2cupmini marshmallows
2tspvanilla extract
1/4cupblue sanding sugar sprinkles
1/4cupwinter "jimmies"
Instructions
In a large pot over low heat, melt butter and 10 oz package of marshmallows, stirring often.
Once the mixture has melted, about 3-4 minutes, add in vanilla extract and stir.
Next, add in cereal, mini marshmallows, and sanding sugar sprinkles. Stir until the mixture is well combined. Allow to cool 3-4 minutes.
With slightly damp hands** take about 1/4 c of the mixture and form into a snowball. Place on wax paper while the rice krispies cool. Repeat until the mixture is gone.
Top with the winter jimmies.
Enjoy!
Notes
**Having slightly damp hands (not wet) allows you to form the rice krispies without them sticking to your hands. I keep a bowl of water next to me as I work so I can sprinkle water on my hands as needed.
