Blueberry Orange Coconut Smoothie Bowl
This sweet blueberry orange coconut smoothie bowl is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or afternoon snack. It's pretty much a bowl of Heaven.
Servings: 1 Large Smoothie Bowl
Smoothie Base
- 1/3 cup So Delicious Almond Milk Unsweetened
- 1 1/2 cups Earthbound Farm Frozen Blueberries
- 1 5.3 oz container Silk Dairy Free Blueberry Yogurt
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- Ice to thicken optional, depending upon your desired consistency
Toppings
- Mandarin Oranges
- Blueberries
- Toasted Coconut
- Almond Granola I used gluten-free
- Maple Syrup Agave, or Honey (for non-vegans) (optional; for added sweetness)
With a high-powered blender, almond milk, frozen blueberries, dairy-free blueberry yogurt, fresh orange juice, and ice.
Once well combined, pour smoothie into a bowl, and add blueberries, mandarin oranges, toasted coconut, and granola. If desired, add maple syrup, agave, or honey (for non-vegans). Serve immediately.
